i know it sounds crazy, but when my mother suffered from acid reflux (for almost 10 years) she went to see a chiropractor and he fixed it. something about the nerves going to her stomach were blocked as they exited her spine. but it only took 6 visits in a matter of 3 months and she never suffered from it again.
I had it and just took some medication. (I was 10 so I dont remember what it was called)
you need to go to the Dr. so you can be prescribed some nexium. It works really well. After some time taking it, it will allow your esophagus to heal which may be damaged from the acid reflux. you need to continue to take it for some time. If you stop, it will come back.
