I have what they call a “small” hiatal hernia
But its ruining my life, i get every symptom you can think of from the damn thing. But the most annoying one is a constantly heavy heartbeat.
Im only 20 years old and have no tolerence for excersise and i only weigh 160 lbs.
Would this help with the hearbeat issue?
