When I had Salmonella, or when I started to recover that is I started to get some heartburn so I went to my doctor and he prescribed some pills to reduce stomach acid, it didn’t help me recover at all and now I understand why. My digestive system was already fucked up from having salmonella so robbing it off it’s acid was not very good Now I know better for next time

I think raw cabbage counters acid reflux and heart burn due to the neutral ph levels.. Works for my old man!

I have been restricting my calories to about 700 a day, and along with good weight loss, I’ve been expeiencing little burps that come up, but they don’t hurt or anything. I’ve just noticed this and was wondering if it was because I wasnt digesting alot and therefore not producing alot of acid…. So do I have this problem?

acid reflux is not a disease. it just means that you may not have enough enzymes or your body is not producing enough acid

i forgot to mention that i took all kinds of OTC meds for yrs when i was pregnant and yrs after that because that was what the commerical was saying to take not realizing i was making this worst, i also take acidopholus because of my antibotic abuse for sinus problems which was cause by acid reflux which caused by low stomach acid which cause the stink gases to come out of my nose and mouth and i think also decreased my saliva ph, i also got my tonsil out and amalgams out because of the BB

another thing the dr. threw my paper work back at me when I asked him to explain my acid level on the copy of blood results and he said so rudely so what and what that suppose to mean when I told him how i calculated it and knew my acid was insufficient so i am trying to help myself i refuse to go and be treated like that, its my health. so please you get a chance please go into greater details, oh another thing my breath and PND and my digestion is about 95% better thanks for people like you.
